Who we are
Kedia Creative is the trading name of Kedia Ltd, a film and content studio based in Scotland. Kedia Ltd is responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website. Questions about this policy or your data: info@kedia.co.uk.
What we collect
- Enquiries: when you contact us through the form or by email, your name, email address, brand name and the details you choose to share.
- Call bookings: when you book a call through Calendly, the details you enter there, including your answers to the booking questions.
- Client records: if you become a client, the contact, project and billing details needed to deliver the work.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and does not track you across other sites.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold calls, prepare proposals, and deliver and invoice work. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where you go ahead, on the steps needed to enter into and carry out a contract with you. We will not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted services that process data on our behalf:
- Google Workspace (email)
- Calendly (call bookings)
- Studio Ninja (client and project management)
- Our website host
- Vimeo, if a film on this site is played through its player
Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use recognised safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are kept for up to two years after our last contact, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for our legal and accounting obligations (usually six years).
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy. Email info@kedia.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
